Description:

Resting on 168 acres of farmland, this two-story home, built in 1820, features nine rooms, its original kitchen, an overseer’s office and smokehouse. Visitors may view former slave dwellings on the grounds, as well as a documentary video about the life of Sam Davis, a Confederate Civil War hero hanged by Union troops for espionage. It lies approximately midway between the Nissan plant and Smyrna Airport.
